Job Summary :
As a Break Resolution and Analytics Analyst within the Break Resolution and Analytics team, you will perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements for core Equity Operations in India. You will generate actionable insights using BI tools to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Your role will support self-solve initiatives and empower teams to achieve operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and process breaks
- Generate actionable insights for Equity Operations teams
- Utilize BI tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, UIPath, Tableau, and Qlikview
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Equity, F&O, and OTC stacks
- Escalate bottlenecks effectively to ensure timely resolution
- Manage and analyze multiple metrics to identify focus areas
- Influence other teams to prioritize deliverables
- Support process improvements in a self-solve mode
- Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly
- Drive efficiency and quality enhancements in operational processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
