About GTM Force

GTM Force is a high-growth, AI-powered GTM (Go-To-Market) agency focused on helping SaaS companies build scalable outbound demand generation engines. We are building our team from scratch in Hyderabad and are looking for driven, creative, and ambitious individuals who want to grow with us.

Role Overview :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including supporting HR recruitment activities, and other admin activities. The intern will help with HR management processes and contribute to overall employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate(2024 / 2025 pass out)
Skills in Personnel Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Location : Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Compensation & Growth

Stipend : INR 10,000 / month for 6 months.

On successful completion of the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time role with a package of INR 3–4 LPA CTC.
