We are now hiring a Marketing Lead who can own performance marketing across Facebook, Google, SEO, landing page optimization, and analytics.
Role Overview 🎯
You will own the entire marketing funnel :
🔹 Lead generation through FB & Google
🔹 CAC optimisation
🔹 Monthly campaign planning
🔹 Landing page conversion improvement
🔹 SEO strategy
🔹 Daily performance dashboards
🔹 Experimentation & rapid A / B testing
Your role directly impacts revenue, CAC, and scaling Bhashsms toward ₹100 crore ARR.
Key Responsibilities 📌
1. Performance Marketing (Facebook & Google) 📈
- Plan, deploy, and optimize campaigns across FB Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Improve Lead-to-Payment conversion rate by optimizing targeting, creatives, landing pages, and retargeting funnels.
- Maintain CAC targets and push toward continuous reduction.
- Set up A / B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
2. SEO Strategy & Growth 🔍
Create and execute SEO roadmap (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).Build high-intent content funnels (blogs, landing pages, industry pages).Improve organic traffic month-on-month by 8–12%.3. Analytics & Reporting 📊
Build a daily / weekly / monthly marketing dashboard.Measure : CPL, CAC, L2P conversion, CTR, CVR, ROAS.Provide insights for the leadership team and forecast lead volumes.4. Landing Page Optimization 🖥️
Work with designers / copywriters to improve conversion rate.Run A / B tests on landing pages to increase L2P from 4% → 8%.5. Creative & Messaging 🎨
Own creative strategy for FB & Google.Develop industry-specific creatives (jewelers, retail, clinics, real estate etc).Coordinate with design agencies / partners.6. Ownership of ₹15L+ / month Budget 💰
Build monthly plan for spend split.Ensure budget efficiency & predictabilityImprove ROI every quarter.7. Coordination & Leadership 🤝
Manage the agency (FB), internal team (SEO), and designers.Work closely with sales, retention, and product teams.Eventually build a 3–5 member in-house marketing team.Ideal Candidate Profile ⭐
5–8 years in performance marketing (FB & Google) must have.Strong experience in lead generation at scale, not just brand marketing.Proven track record of managing ₹10–50L / month ad budgets.Comfortable building dashboards (Google Data Studio / Looker / Sheets).Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / D2C / Fintech is a huge plus.Has worked in a fast-growth environment (startup / scale-up).Strong analytical and creative thinking.What We Offer 🎁
