Purpose of the Position :
- The Senior Manager - Sales will identify prospective clients and provide expert guidance throughout the property purchasing process.
- This role requires understanding client requirements and financial capabilities to propose tailored real estate solutions.
- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Only looking for candidates based in / willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities & Activities :
Sales :
Proactively seek and generate leads through multiple channels such as online inquiries, referrals, networking, outreach, and managing walk-in clients.Facilitate property sales by engaging with prospects and clients, understanding their needs, and offering optimal property solutions.Oversee the preparation, verification, and approval of all relevant sales documentation.Coordinate property deal closures ensuring all vital documents are signed and payments are received timely.
Collaborate with construction and project management teams to provide accurate and up-to-date project status updates to customers.Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.Customer Engagement :
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information on housing projects, pricing, features, and financing options.Conduct property tours and deliver guided presentations tailored to potential buyers' interests.Sales Documentation and Reporting :
Ensure accuracy and legal compliance in all sales documentation and processes.Provide periodic sales operation reports and insights to company management.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, lead management, and sales activities.Marketing Coordination :
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, participating actively in promotional events and campaigns.Liaise with media and advertising partners to enhance brand visibility and outreach.Ensure consistent and effective communication of the Srivari brand across digital platforms, print media, and advertising channels.Other Responsibilities :
