Job Purpose :

To oversee the overall management and implementation of HTIC Global's HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and tools. This role will work closely with the CEOs, Head of Business, and Senior HR Partner to ensure that organizational HR policies and procedures are tailored to specific functions such as Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Experience, and HR Strategic Planning & Execution :
