Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager, Data Management to join the Risk function. The role will be responsible for driving the design, maintenance, and governance of documentation that supports BCBS 239 compliance, including risk data aggregation, reporting frameworks, lineage, controls, and governance processes. The individual will work closely with Risk Data Governance, Risk Reporting, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure that documentation standards are met, regulatory expectations are addressed, and audit readiness is maintained.
The role requires strong expertise in regulatory documentation standards, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex risk data and reporting processes into clear, structured, and compliant documentation. This role will primarily involve Data Documentation for BCBS 239 and Metadata management for various PRTs within Risk and CFCR function.

Skills And Experience
5+ Years of relevant experience in similar role & specifically in Risk / CFCCExperience in data management, data quality execution and data delivery projectsSQL skillsStrong Stakeholder management & communication skillsStrong RCA skillsAble to make good working relationships with people at all levels, to work in a team environment.Able to work under time pressure & adapt to changing requirements.Overall work experience of at least 8 years.Role Specific Technical Competencies
