Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain backend components and services using Java and Spring Boot. Build and integrate AI-powered features and chatbots using Spring AI. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components. Optimize database design, queries, and performance (PostgreSQL / MongoDB). Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services. Debug and resolve technical issues effectively. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Document development processes and code changes. Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, Java frameworks, and industry best practices. Programming Skills : Expert in Java. Frameworks : Strong experience with Spring Boot and hands-on with Spring AI. AI Development : Exposure to building, training, and integrating AI-powered chatbots. Databases : Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Cloud : Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) is a plus. Version Control : Experience with Git. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills. Soft Skills : Self-motivated, a good team player, and eager to learn and grow. Remote-First Culture : Work from anywhere in India.
