Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical foundation and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with OmniStudio is a plus.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and guiding junior developers in adhering to Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce platform features like Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, etc.
• Implement and customize Salesforce applications using Omni Studio for effective workflow management and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams on best practices for Salesforce development.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards for Salesforce development within the organization.
• Manage Salesforce releases and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
