About the Role
TVS Electronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic retail accounts. The role focuses on POS hardware, AIDC solutions, and Retail Software ISVs, ensuring long-term engagement with large enterprise customers in Retail and QSR segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive B2B sales for TVS Electronics’ retail solutions.
- Manage and grow key accounts in Retail and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Operations, Support) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts; report to management regularly.
Desired Profile
5–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in POS hardware, AIDC solutions, or Retail Software ISVs.Strong network in the retail ecosystem, including decision-makers in Retail & QSR.Proven ability to handle key accounts and drive long-term customer engagement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.Understanding of retail technology trends, POS hardware, and software solutions is a plus.Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Electronics, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
