Job Description

Design, develop, and customize solutions on Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service , with strong focus on Omnichannel capabilities.

Build modern, scalable components using PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and deliver high-quality applications across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with Azure services and ensure secure, seamless API communication.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and integrations.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service , especially Omnichannel
  • Strong experience building PCF controls (Power Apps Component Framework)
  • Proficiency with Power Platform tools — Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages
  • Good understanding of Azure services , especially API authentication, AAD, OAuth, integrations
  • Experience customizing Dataverse entities, forms, plugins, workflows
