We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. This position requires hands-on technical leadership, guiding development teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring security, performance, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot , and Microservices . Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.

Micro services Architecture :

Design and implement micro services-based solutions with a focus on modularity, scalability, and resilience.

Program & Delivery Management :

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring solutions meet client requirements within deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Java Expertise :

5+ years of experience in Java with strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud , and related frameworks.

Microservices & API Development :

Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Database Management :

Proficiency in working with both relational and non-relational databases ( SQL , NoSQL).

Agile Methodologies :

Experience leading teams in an Agile environment , fostering collaboration and iterative development.

Proven leadership skills with a passion for technology innovation and hands-on coding .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
