Manager - Total Rewards

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a dynamic Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team and shape how we attract, retain, and engage talent. In this role, you will deliver compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the annual compensation review cycle – from budgeting to final rollout.
• Manage and update salary structures and variable pay frameworks to reflect market trends and internal equity.
• Lead job evaluations, benchmarking studies, and policy reviews to ensure competitiveness.
• Design and implement benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement plans) and manage vendor partnerships.
• Run rewards & recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and align with company culture.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align manpower budgets and reward strategies with organizational growth.
• Communicate total rewards programs transparently, building trust and engagement with employees.
