Stipend :

Month 1 : 10,000 (5,000 fixed + 5,000 performance-based)

Month 2 : 15,000 (5,000 fixed + 10,000 performance-based)

Month 2 : 20,000 (5,000 fixed + 15,000 performance-based)

Responsibilities :

We're looking for a React Native Frontend Developer who specializes in performance optimization. Your goal will be to enhance app speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience by identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Optimize app startup and video loading times

2. Improve frame rates, responsiveness, and memory usage

3. Refactor and clean the existing React Native codebase

4. Debug UI / UX issues and fix unnecessary re-renders

5. Implement lazy loading, caching, and offline optimization

6. Collaborate with backend developers to streamline API integration

7. Ensure smooth animations and navigation performance
