As we expand, we’re looking for a Graphic Design Lead who can guide our creative team to new heights — someone who combines exceptional design skills with strong leadership and a passion for innovation.

About The Role :

As the Graphic Design Lead , you’ll be the creative backbone of our visual team — leading projects from concept to completion, mentoring designers, and ensuring that every piece of work reflects our high standards of creativity and execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and content teams to build bold, beautiful, and consistent visual identities across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire the graphic design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Oversee design execution across brand identities, campaigns, digital media, and motion content.
  • Review and refine creative outputs, ensuring design consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to conceptualize and execute impactful visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our creative approach fresh and relevant.

Requirements :

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role .
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign design, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to translate business and creative briefs into visual storytelling that captivates audiences.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Familiarity with Figma , UI / UX principles , and design systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

    • Nice To Have :

  • Motion design or animation experience.
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Prior agency experience or experience leading creative direction across multiple brands.
