Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Loyalty located in India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include market research, generating leads, devising strategies to grow business, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Strong understanding of loyalty programs, blockchain technology, and the payments industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in market research and lead generation
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement business plans
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
