Credit Research Analyst - BFS

What You'll Do :

• Underwrite Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions and prepare detailed asset summary reports.
• Analyze property and market characteristics, strengths, and risks of transactions.
• Work on financial modelling, valuation methods, and financial statement analysis.
• Gain exposure to securitization, asset management, and structured finance.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience in Asset Management, Real Estate / Warehouse Management, Credit Analysis, or Commercial Loan Management.
• Strong understanding of CRE property types, valuation methods, and CMBS concepts (DY, DSCR, LTV).
• Background in Finance / Accounting (UG in Finance, CA / CMA Inter preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; financial modelling skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Location : Mumbai (only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered).
• Preferred Background : Candidates from rating agencies, investment banks, or financial services firms with exposure to CMBS, securitization, and real estate finance.
