Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and versatile multimedia professional who can manage static and video design, social media marketing, daily news reporting, and magazine content development for our quarterly publication.

This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with a strong sense of storytelling and design who enjoys wearing multiple creative hats.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial & Reporting :

Research, write, and edit news articles and feature stories related to hospitality innovation.
Conduct interviews with senior executives, hotel brands, and industry experts.
Write press releases and thought-leadership content for the magazine and website.

Magazine Production :

Plan, design, and coordinate quarterly magazine content from concept to publication.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and contributors to ensure brand consistency.

Marketing & Social Media :

Manage and grow the magazine’s social media presence (, Instagram, X, YouTube).

Create short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns and digital editions.

Develop creative strategies to promote magazine issues, events, and featured partners.

Design & Visual Content :

Create static and motion graphics for digital and print materials.

Edit video interviews, promotional reels, and behind-the-scenes content.

Qualifications

Strong skills in news writing, journalism, and interviewing.

Proven experience creating press releases and editorial content.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).

Experience managing social media campaigns and marketing content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.

A degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Media Production is preferred.

Familiarity with hospitality or travel industry trends is a plus.
