Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in TSM, CSM, Now Assist, Process Integration, and Integrations . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, enhancements, and platform support while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow development, enhancements, and application support.
• Handle incident & problem management including triage and RCA.
• Configure features across TSM, CSM, Now Assist, and related ServiceNow modules.
• Develop workflows, UI components, business rules, client / server scripts, dashboards, and notifications.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, file transfers, etc.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT support, and deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and document solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow architecture, upgrade standards, and platform best practices.
