About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven
Training Manager
to lead capability-building initiatives across our (B2B) business partner vertical. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on
sales effectiveness ,
leadership development , and
skill enhancement
to drive business growth and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute training programs for
sales teams
Facilitate workshops on
soft skills
and
sales effectiveness
Roll out
leadership and managerial development programs
for current and future leaders
Engage proactively with all sales team members to identify and
understand the specific challenges
they face in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Analyze business opportunities and assess the current skill gaps within the sales team.
Conduct
training needs analysis , refreshers, and performance evaluations
Track and report on
training effectiveness ,
learning impact , and
ROI
Publish
monthly / quarterly dashboards
and insights on development progress
Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in
Learning & Development
or
Sales Training
(BFSI sector preferred)
Proven track record in
Sales Training ,
Leadership Development , and
Capability Building
Strong
communication ,
facilitation , and
stakeholder management
skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
