- Lead Sales Planning, Development and Achievement as per Business Plan.
- Implementing sales strategies for opening new market in Africa, Middle East and Latin America in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- To work closely with cross functional department for new product development / product improvisation, Production, 3 rd Party Inspection / Audit and Logistic for smooth execution of orders
- Independently handled export process by coordinating with business partner, understanding market requirement, suggesting appropriate products aligned with market needs, product costing, submitting quotation, order negotiation, booking order, sampling of new product development and shipment process
- Travel Overseas for Business Meeting / Participation in International Trade Fairs
- Analysing Industry Export Data at periodic Interval and provide timely feedback to management
on new opportunities and formulate action plan to capitalize the opportunities
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Export-Import Management preferred. Additional Qualification in Internationalbusiness will be an added advantagePreferably from Stationery / FMCG / Consumer Durable Industry.Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Africa, Middle East and Central America.Possess good contact / relationship with stationery category buyer and overseas liaison / sourcing AgentWell versed with processes of new distributor appointment overseas and managing channel partners.Good Command over English. Oral & Writtenü Must be proficient Microsoft Excel.Skills Required
