Focus on quality delivery and problem-solving mindset

UI / UX Designer

Proficiency in

Figma ,

Adobe XD , or

Sketch

Understanding of user research ,

wireframing ,

prototyping , and

design systems

Ability to balance creativity with usability

Product Management

Strong communication & analytical skills

Understanding of

Agile methodologies ,

Jira / Trello , and

SDLC process

Capable of collaborating with design and tech teams effectively

AI / ML Engineer

Solid foundation in

Python ,

NumPy ,

Pandas ,

Scikit-learn , or

TensorFlow / PyTorch

Understanding of ML algorithms ,

data preprocessing , and

model evaluation

Bonus : Exposure to AI applications

like NLP or Computer Vision
