Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
- Resolve queries and issues related to products / services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
- Provide real-time support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets (KPIs) including call quality, resolution time, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or follow up on unresolved issues.
Eligibility Criteria :
Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) can apply.Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Immediate joiners preferred.Preferred Skills :
Prior experience in BPO or international call center is an advantage.Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Benefits :
