Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
  • Resolve queries and issues related to products / services efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
  • Provide real-time support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets (KPIs) including call quality, resolution time, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or follow up on unresolved issues.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) can apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Prior experience in BPO or international call center is an advantage.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
