Summary : As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation / contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SAP FI S / 4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S / 4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
