About the Role
We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong Python Full Stack expertise to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered Saa S solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven Saa S products using modern full-stack technologies.
- Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / Fast API).
- Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js.
- Collaborate with AI / ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices.
- Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
