Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve inside sales targets through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
  • Must have worked on CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer informed solutions to clients.

Requirements :

  • 3 to 5years of experience in business development, with a focus on the Europe market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in the night shift from 5pm to 2am .
  • Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
