Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Cisco ACI Network Operations Engineer

with hands-on experience in

L2 Data Center Networking

to support a mission-critical,

low-latency trading environment

adhering to

National Stock Exchange (NSE)

standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

Cisco ACI fabric management , incident handling, and operational excellence within high-availability infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support

Cisco ACI Fabric

components including

Leaf-Spine architecture, APIC, Tenants, EPGs, Bridge Domains, and Contracts .

Handle

L2 network operations , including

VLAN configuration, endpoint learning, VXLAN overlays , and

ACI-to-legacy network integration .

Continuously monitor

fabric health

and troubleshoot

ACI fault codes, connectivity issues , and

endpoint anomalies .

Execute

Change, Incident, and Problem Management

processes (as per

ITIL standards ) ensuring compliance with

uptime SLAs .

Conduct

packet tracing, root cause analysis (RCA) , and implement preventive measures for seamless network operations.

Collaborate with

security and application teams

for network segmentation, access policies, and compliance alignment.

Maintain

audit-ready documentation, SOPs, and operational records

as per financial industry requirements.

Technical Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Data Center Networking

with extensive exposure to

Cisco ACI L2 operations .

Proficient in

VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, MAC / ARP tables , and

ACI fabric operations .

Hands-on experience with

Cisco APIC dashboards ,

tenant configurations , and

ACI policy management .

Strong understanding of

network monitoring, troubleshooting tools , and

ITIL-based operational processes .

Exposure to

BFSI ,

financial , or

high-availability

data center environments will be an added advantage.

Certifications (Preferred)

Cisco CCNP Data Center

Cisco ACI Specialist / DCACI Certification

ITIL Foundation

(Bonus)
