Technical Lead

Position Requirements :

• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS / SCSS
• Experience with front-end build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Rollup, Vite)
• Expertise with version control systems, particularly Git, and workflow strategies like GitFlow
• Deep knowledge of advertising technologies including Google Ad Manager, theTradeDesk, AdRoll, and other ad delivery platforms
• Experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy codebases
• Experience architecting scalable front-end solutions for complex applications
• Experience optimizing ad delivery and rendering for performance
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for complex systems
• Proven ability to design and set up efficient development environments for engineering teams
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques
• Ability to balance technical debt management with new feature development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong experience setting up and managing npm repositories and package management
• Expertise in creating and maintaining project scaffolding and boilerplates
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and scaling
• Familiarity with implementing and maintaining testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)

Role & Responsibilities :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 7+ years' experience in Frontend technologies with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role

Work timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST
