Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing India team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with CXOs to solve real business challenges, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with VP / Head of Sales using inside sales strategies and warm contacts
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls and emails to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct high-level conversations with CXOs to understand the business needs
  • Follow up with precision and consistency to drive conversions
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings to deliver compelling pitches
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets
  • Use tools like LinkedIn to identify the right PoC, from the given database of mid to large companies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise client acquisition
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Preferred : B.Tech, B.E., BCA, BSc Electronics)
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close deals
