About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter with over 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. This role requires a solid understanding of IT requirements across various technologies, roles, and domains. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent for our clients and internal teams. This is an on-site role based in Baner, Pune, ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand complex IT requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Interact with hiring managers to gather role requirements and align recruitment goals
- Source candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit
- Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate candidate communication
- Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified tech talent
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Key Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitmentStrong grasp of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment trendsExperience sourcing through job portals, social media, and networkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple open positions with attention to detailBachelor's degree in HR / Management or related field preferredImmediate joiners will be prioritized
