Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Building Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design of electrical systems—from concept and schematic design through to detailed design, tender documentation, and GFC drawings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Review of HV & LV Power Systems :
• Capable of preparing DB schedules, voltage drop calculations, and single line diagrams (SLD).
• Lighting Design :
• Proficient in lighting layout and calculations using DIALux.
• Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Design :
• Able to design and review life safety systems as per standards.
• Telephone and Communication Systems :
• Design and review of voice / data infrastructure.
• Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems :
• Experience in security, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation :
• Skilled in creating take-off sheets and bill of quantities.
• Coordination & Communication :
• Effective coordination with clients, architects, structural and MEP teams. Must have strong communication skills and be a collaborative team player.
