Role Overview
The Director – Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR function across the organization, acting as a strategic partner to business leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP) , Compensation & Benefits , HR Operations , and Talent Acquisition within a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- HR Business Partnering : Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Compensation & Benefits : Develop and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead end-to-end hiring strategies to build a high-performing workforce; collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines.
- HR Operations : Oversee and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency.
- Culture & Engagement : Foster a strong, inclusive culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Key Requirements
10–15 years of progressive HR experienceProven experience in SaaS , technology , or product-based organizations.Strong command over HRBP , Compensation & Benefits , HR Operations , and Talent Acquisition functions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
