Job description

7+ years of Experience leading ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Baan, Lawson / Infor, JD Edwards, Hyperion)

3+ years of Experience with Workday Financials – must have led at least two full lifecycle implementations

Direct, hands-on Experience designing and configuring Workday Financials

Must have Experience leading cross-functional and multi-vendor teams

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.

Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies

Ability to motivate project teams

Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization - both internal and external

Excel at conflict management / resolution

Organized with keen attention to detail

Possess a talent for handling shifting priorities / demands / timelines and effectively executing tasks in a high-pressure environment. Candidate must be able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

Must be willing and able to reflect the organizational culture and strategy
