Role Overview :

We are looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to drive creator onboarding and partnerships. This role is all about identifying, pitching, and building strong relationships with creators across niches (influencers, coaches, experts, celebrities, micro-creators) and helping them monetize through our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and reach out to potential creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Pitch our revenue-sharing model and onboard creators to the platform.
• Build long-term relationships with creators to increase retention.
• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to optimize the creator experience.
• Track onboarding numbers, revenue contribution, and payout cycles.
