Construction Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in Aurangabad. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and manage on-site staff to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include supervising construction processes, enforcing safety standards, budgeting, and ensuring efficient project control. Field execution head managing all disciplines, labour, vendors

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to lead teams and direct project execution.
• Expertise in Construction processes and methodologies.
• Experience with Project Control and scheduling tools for effective management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools is an advantage.
• B.E. / B.Tech (Civil), 12–15 yrs exp in industrial / infra EPC.
