Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0 Developer to join our SAP CX team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (Version 2.0), with hands-on experience in development, extensions, integrations, and customizations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to design and deliver scalable customer experience solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance applications within SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0 .
• Implement custom extensions using SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js / Java, and SAP UI5 / Fiori.
• Build and maintain integration scenarios with SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and third-party applications.
• Develop custom UIs, workflows, and business rules to support sales and service processes.
• Support data migration activities and create custom APIs / ODATA services where required.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
