We are looking for a motivated and confident Delegate Sales Executive to join our team. Your role will be to invite and register professionals—usually senior decision-makers—to attend our business events, conferences, or summits.
You will speak with potential attendees to explain the value of attending, answer questions, and convert them to register. Your goal is to hit weekly and monthly targets for delegate sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities :
Reach out to professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote upcoming events
Sell tickets for paid events or invite qualified attendees to register for free events
Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates
Research companies and job titles to find the right audience for each event
Update CRM systems with accurate contact and communication details
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach targets
Key Skills & Qualifications :
0–3+ years of experience in B2B telesales, event sales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently speak with senior-level professionals.
Strong research and data-handling skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and highly motivated.
Experience using CRM systems
Team player with a can-do attitude.
