TITLE :  DevOps Engineer

REPORTING TO : Associate Director

WORKING LOCATION : Bangalore, India

OBJECTIVE :

  • The main objective of this position is to deliver high quality software on his own and together with the team (including design, code, tests & documentation) and to accelerate the delivery.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

Experience :

  • 3 - 8 years of experience as Azure DevOPS Engineer

    • Job Description :

  • Good Experience on  Microsoft Azure  and  Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Good Experience on  Azure Cloud Services  (PaaS and IaaS),  Azure Resource Manager , and  Azure Infrastructure Management.
  • Hands-on experience in  continuous delivery  and continuous integration of CI / CD pipeline, using any of the tools  Jenkins ,  Bamboo  or  Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Have experience of Deploying the applications on Lower and Production Environment.
  • Have experience on managing the Application Environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in diverse  DevOps  concepts and tools
  • Hands-On experience on writing YAML builds and release Pipelines
  • Good to have Experience of working on Octopus and Jfrog Artifactory .
  • Experience with Azure Repos, branching, code review and code analysis tools
  • Knowledge on containerization -  Docker  and  Azure Kubernetes Services
  • Good experience in scripting languages  PowerShell,  and  shell scripting  for automation
  • Good experience in  Linux commands
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

    • Certification : AZ-400  Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions

    Methodology skills

  • Agile-Scrum

  • BE Computer Science / MCA or any other bachelor’s degree with the right experience
  • Will be an added advantage if worked on Laboratory related applications

    • PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA :
