Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to support planning, execution, and delivery of battery R&D, manufacturing, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal projects across Engineering, Operations, and R&D.
  • Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports.
  • Organize meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.
  • Flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles (Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, or Jira.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for battery tech, clean energy, or sustainability is a plus.

    • Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of Gantt charts or scheduling tools.
  • Internship / academic experience in startups or engineering projects.
  • Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile).
