We’re Hiring : HR Intern (6-Month Internship | Unpaid)
Are you excited to learn, build, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment? We’re looking for an energetic HR Intern who’s passionate about people and wants real, hands-on HR experience.
Role : HR Intern
Location : Hybrid / Remote (Pune, Maharashtra, India)
⏳ Duration : 6 Months
Stipend : Unpaid (Certificate)
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment
- Sourcing, screening & scheduling candidates
- Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth first-day experience
- Maintaining HR documentation & databases
- Assisting in employee engagement & culture-building activities
- Helping with day-to-day HR operations
- Exposure to HR tools, workflows & real startup processes
