Job descriptionLead and manage a team of 10+ Territory Business Managers. Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and capability-building sessions. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with business goals. Build strong relationships with pediatricians, gynecologists, dermatologists, hospitals, and pharmacies. Develop and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support brand advocacy. Ensure effective customer engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms. Implement marketing campaigns, CMEs, and awareness programs. Monitor ROI of promotional activities and optimize execution. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams. Ensure efficient inventory management, distributor coordination, and timely collections. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Graduate in Science / Pharmacy; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Strong exposure to baby and mother care, derma, pediatrics, and gynic product lines is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing large teams and driving regional sales. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
