Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a STEM Trainer located in Hisar. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering STEM curriculum, conducting hands-on activities, and engaging students in innovative learning experiences. The Trainer will also be tasked with evaluating student performance, providing feedback, and adjusting teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Additionally, the STEM Trainer will collaborate with colleagues to develop new educational materials and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
• Experience in designing and delivering engaging STEM curriculum
• Strong ability to conduct hands-on activities and experiments
• Skills in evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
• Collaboration and teamwork skills to work with colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Education-related field
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus
