Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products / services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7-10 cold visits every day.
- Educate customers about our products / services and demonstrate their benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
