Job Title : Accounting & Tax Associate (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location : Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Accounting and Compliance Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, for timely submissions.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of various direct and indirect tax returns
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within the accounting department.

Experience and Skills Required :

  • Qualification : Inter CA or equivalent with completed Articleship
  • Experience : Minimum of 1–2 years post-Articleship experience in tax, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting (optional but preferred).
  • Skills :
  • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or any ERP system).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of taxes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
