Job Title- Oracle RMS / Retail backend Developer

Location- Bangalore

Engagement : Full-time

We are hiring a Backend Developer with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM). This role blends deep technical proficiency (70%) with functional understanding (30%) to design, build, and optimize business-critical retail systems..

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop, test, and deploy solutions across Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, RPM, ReSA) .
Write efficient code in PLSQL, Pro
C , and UNIX shell scripting .
Build and maintain interfaces, integrations, and API services (SOA, REST).
Optimize database and application performance; ensure code quality and standards

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

5-8 years of Oracle Retail (RMS, ReSA, RPM) techno-functional experience.

Strong in Oracle PLSQL, Pro

C, UNIX scripting , and integration frameworks .

Hands-on with version control (Git / GitLab) and job schedulers (TES or similar)

Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures .
