Position Summary :
Seeking an experienced professional for escalation support, IT infrastructure planning, security reviews, change management, team training, server and virtualization management, and RCA approval for critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide escalation support for complex problem resolution to the L2 team.
- Be conversant with IT infrastructure planning and security reviews.
- Manage complex change and configuration management processes.
- Define policies and standards.
- Lead team management and training activities.
Typical Skill Set :
Experience in implementation and management of large-scale server management and virtualization environments.Analyze and approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any critical incidents.Basic Qualifications :
Educational Qualification : BE / BTech (CSE, ECE, IT) or MCA / MSc (CS) with a science background.Minimum 7+ years of experience in server and virtualization management services.Certification in server management and virtualization management is preferred.Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure planning, change management, server and virtualization management.Skills Required
