About the role
Are you passionate about driving seamless onboarding experiences, collaborating across leadership teams, and bringing structure to fast-moving programs? Join us as a Lead – Onboarding & Integration, where you’ll support leadership hiring, onboarding processes, analytics, stakeholder management, and program coordination for strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for leadership talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Manage & maintain SharePoint platforms, dashboards, and documentation
- Track and present onboarding, hiring, and integration metrics to ensure visibility and alignment
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and program success
- Govern and support reporting excellence through MIS dashboards and analytics
- Provide administrative and program support for CIO initiatives, including scheduling, coordination, and ad-hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Corporate HR or Program Coordination rolesStrong reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, MIS, analytics) and hands-on experience with SharePointProven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and leadershipExcellent communication, prioritization, and program management abilitiesExperience in calendar management, vendor coordination, and process improvementsGood to HaveFormal training / experience in HR Analytics or ReportingExposure to leadership onboarding or global HR environmentsIf you are driven, detail-oriented, and excited to build a best-in-class onboarding experience, we’d love to connect with you!
