Role Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for :
- Order confirmations (COD, prepaid, and RTO orders)
Collecting customer feedback and post-purchase experience
Engaging with customers who have visited or shown interest on the websiteAddress customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries professionally.Upsell and cross-sell suitable products or add-ons to increase order value and customer satisfaction.Record and update orders and upsells accurately in Shopify.Maintain complete and accurate call and order records in CRM systems.Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment and issue resolution.Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective upselling (no call targets).Ensure all communication reflects the brand tone and customer-first approach.
