The Role

The Content & Social Media Lead (Creative Marketing Specialist) will be solely responsible for managing and growing our brand's visibility across all digital platforms, driving content creation from concept to execution, and coordinating our presence at offline marketing events.

Key Responsibilities 1. Content & Creative Production (Execution)

• Creative Design : Design compelling visual creatives (static images, graphics, short videos) for all social media platforms and marketing materials.
• Video Production : Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality YouTube videos and shorter content for other platforms.
• Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) : Capture candid, engaging BTS content showcasing company culture, product development, and daily operations.
• Content Planning : Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar and posting schedule for all channels.
