Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in North Goa. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and offering technical support to clients. The role will also involve ensuring effective communication with clients to address their concerns and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant experience in the EV industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
