Futurism technologies is hiring for Salesforces Developer cum Admin position for Pune location.

Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Job Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase – 1) - Work from Office

Experience : 3+ Years

Shift Time : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator with strong experience in Apex development , API creation , and third-party integrations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve system performance, and enable seamless data integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Jobs , and Test Classes (80%+ coverage).
  • Build and optimize REST / SOAP APIs for internal and external system integrations.
  • Develop custom integrations with third-party applications using Named Credentials, OAuth, JWT, External Services, and API frameworks.
  • Create and enhance Lightning components (LWC / Aura) when required.
  • Implement integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, Platform Events , and Middleware-based integrations .

Salesforce Administration

  • Configure and manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules , and security settings.
  • Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Email Alerts, Approval Processes , and other declarative tools.
  • Maintain and customize Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types , and App Builder pages.
  • Perform regular system audits and maintain data cleanliness and security.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.

    • Qualifications :

  • 4–9 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator .
  • Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL / SOSL , and asynchronous processing.
  • Proven experience in API development and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model and declarative tools.
  • Experience with REST API, SOAP API, Web Services , and authentication frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Developer (PD1 / PD2) or Administrator (ADM 201) certifications are a plus.

    • Preferred Skill s :

  • Experience with Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Workato, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies .
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Certifications :

  • Salesforce Administrator (Required)
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Required)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred)
